These oil lamps are still made and sold. I bought a large metal and glass one some years back, inherited an other similar to the one I already had, and was given a little one few months ago.
They are inexpensive to buy. Excellent with power failure and also gives romantic feel to a room.
Try eBay or one of the other auction houses; second hand shops etc.
Friends of mine here in Australia bought a very expensive one at an auction: It has all the bells and whistles so to speak.
The metal is, I think, brass and has a triple burner style with 3 glass chimney's.
It has crystal prisms hanging down and stands about 2' high.
